Mesabi V-Tube Core Radiators For work sites where cores
may be subject to external clogging due to dirt and debris.
Tubes are configured to create open passages. Finning is V-shaped
to resist materials hang-up. Debris slides past tubes and through
passages. Debris to large for passages is easily removed with
high pressure water or air. |
| Mesabi Oil Coolers Similar in design to Mesabi engine
radiators, oil coolers feature lightweight aluminum cooling
tubes with integral circular finning rolled from the tube wall.
Turbulators are placed in the tubes to increase the heat-transfer
rate and are removable for cleaning. For all oil-to-air heat
exchange - hydraulic systems, air compressors, transmissions,
fuel oil coolers, gearboxes, cone crushers, fan/turbine bearings.
Available to working oil pressures of 350 psi (2400 Kpa) and
temperatures to 275 F (135C). |

The MESABI V-Pack cooling package conserves valuable
deck space by allowing an engine radiator and oil cooler to
share a common framework and fan. It also offers the field-repairable
features of all MESABI heat exchangers.
The radiator forms one half of a "V" which pulls air
though the "V" and exhausts it upward. Hot, dusty
and often dirty air, as well as fan noise is directed away from
people and equipment.
Angle of the "V" can be varied as well as height and
width of the frame to meet a wide range of engine and compressor
oil cooling requirements.
The MESABI V-Pack is for any cooling application where space
is at a premium. It is particularly well adapted for cramped
truck decks, or where a low profile would be desirable, such
as equipment with booms which store flat. |
